“Donating one of my kidneys to a stranger was a good decision, but the life-saving work Renewal continuously does, in facilitating kidney donations is incredible. Supporting Renewal is the equivalent of saving lives.”
“I feel tremendously fortunate to be able to participate in this mitzvah. Really wonderful thing to be able to do for a fellow member of Klal Yisroel. I really feel very privileged to do this.“
“This decision was extremely personal and a long time in the making. I was so inspired by the kindness of other donors, that I truly felt compelled to do it. It was something I just couldn’t run away from and it has been the most humbling and awe inspiring experience of my life. I have been welcomed with open arms into a club of the most wonderful people I’ve ever encountered.”
"One powerful part of my decision to donate is that it was inspired and guided by so many people: my wife, children, parents, other family members, friends, local rabbis, community members, Renewal, strangers I heard and read about and many many more."
“I feel like I won the lottery. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life”
“Thank G-d it hasn’t impacted my life at all, as I am able to go about my life and do anything and everything that I want to do. And I am very grateful to have the opportunity to impact someone else’s life.”
